A longer look

THUKA’s environmental principles do not stop at the choice of material — they run through the whole supply chain, our production processes and the life of the product. The aim is furniture that lasts generations and can be fully recycled at the end of its life.

We use only certified wood whose origin is traceable back to responsible forestry. For finishing we prefer water-based, solvent-free lacquers that are safe for children and for the environment.

Our factories in Kadrina and Viru-Nigula work to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards and undergo regular external audits. That is how we make sure every product meets the highest quality and environmental requirements.
